Buyer’s Timeline

  • 1. GOALS AND WANTS

    We’ll discuss your goals and wants in a property. Go through the home buying process and how to reach your goals!

  • 2. Financing

    Ensure that you are on solid ground and have a plan to finance the property appropriately. This could involve connecting you with the best lenders in the business and getting a pre-approval letter.

  • 3. Shop

    It's time to get out into the market and go shopping! Our selection will include homes on the market as well as off the market to give you the best chance at finding a home that fulfills your wants.

  • 4. Make an offer

    Once you've found the one, it's time to understand the data around the home. This includes reviewing the condition, or the bones of the home through disclosures as well as market price analysis. Our team will guide you through the negotiation process!

  • 5. INSPECTIONS/QUOTES

    Once our offer is accepted, we are officially under contract! This gives us the opportunity to do further inspections, if we agreed to do so, or obtain quotes for work that we want to start doing when escrow closes!

  • 6. Making it official

    Throughout this process, we are making sure the loan is approved. Never fear, we have an ear on the ground and are making sure we don't hit any road bumps. Once everything is approved, you will be signing documents with the notary and we will be right here to answer any questions!

  • 7. Congratulations!

    A well deserved congratulations to you and your new home! We've made it to the finish line with confidence!
