She's great and will guide you through the entire process from looking for the ideal house to preparing for moving in. Pre-house hunting: We initially met Krystle at an open house when we were first starting our search. She was very approachable and friendly, and answered some of our questions about different neighborhoods in the area and house buying in general. Looking for the house: Krystle took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and incorporated this when offering suggestions. Based on the criteria we listed, she identified neighborhoods that we might be interested in and were previously unfamiliar with. Once we began to narrow the list down to potential houses, she also gave great advice for what to watch out for when examining houses and seeing if the area was a right fit for our family. We never felt pressured to buy and felt that she was invested in making sure that we made the right choice for us. Process of buying the house: Once we found the house that we wanted, Krystle was instrumental in the negotiations and closing process. We were unfamiliar and inexperienced with much of the process, and she guided us through the whole process, was patient with our questions, and gave useful tips. She even made several recommendations that led to us learning useful information about the house that we definitely wanted to know before closing. Beyond just the process of buying the house, she also put in a lot of effort to helping us prepare for move in. Not only did she give recommendations for the plumbing, painting, etc. work that we wanted to complete, but she also assisted us in scheduling it.
